Posters should be prepared as PDF file. We recommend using A0 format. Bitmap images in the poster should not exceed 100 dpi – remember that posters are intended to be presented on screen, not printed. File size should not exceed 20 MB.

Posters should be delivered before June, 28^th. Detailed instructions on how to deliver PDF files was sent to the participants individually on June,16^th

Posters in PDF format will be available on the Conference web page for participants only – after login.

In the Gather.town – platform, where poster sessions are planned, posters will be available as PNG bitmap images. Organising Committee will prepare PNGs from delivered PDF files.

Conference Space in the Gather.town will be available for registered participants only.

Oral presentation

Oral presentation - 15 min + 5 min QA

Invited speakers - 35 min + 5 min QA

The lectures will be broadcast during the meeting on the Zoom.us platform. See Venue for additional information.

You may record your presentation and send to us, and we will broadcast it according to the schedule. You will have to take part only in the QA session after the lecture. The recorded lecture (according the group of lecture) hast to be send by June, 28^th.

Online transmission of the event

Direct link to the meeting will be send to the address given during registration. Zoom session will be available for participants only.
We recommend to use headset to reduce the possibility of interaction. During the presentation all microphones should be switched off.

Poster sessions

Virtual space intended for poster session, however this is a place where we can meet in spare time all together also.
Direct link to the Coneference Gather.town space will be send to the address given during registration. Beside of poster session there will be arranged rooms where we could watch lectures recorded during previous days. We recommend Google Chrome browser.

3^rd International Radiocarbon in the Environment Conference with the support of Ministry of Science and Education (534/P-DUN/2019) offers 10 grants to early career researchers (young researchers with experience 4 years and doctoral students) to take part in the 3^rd International Radiocarbon in the Environment Conference (RIE III - 2020) to be held 6-10 July 2020 in Gliwice, Poland. The grants will cover: the conference registration fee, accommodation and refund of travel costs (up to 200 EURO) of the grant winners.

The submission and acceptance of an abstract and the active participation in the conference (preferably oral presentation) are mandatory to receive this support. Applicants are requested to submit the following documents by 29 FEBRUARY 2020.

• Abstract submitted to the conference
• Motivation letter
• Short CV.
